I am a lawyer (called to the Bar in 1971) practicing real estate law in Mississauga. As such, I met Katie Wright some 30 years ago when we had a mutual client. Over the years there have been many shared clients and I have had the opportunity to observe her work as a real estate agent serving her clients.

Katie has always put her client's interest above anything else. This is evident in the thoroughness of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale that she prepares and the constant follow-up as the deal progresses to closing.

On numerous occasions Katie has attended at my office together with her clients at the signing meeting, just prior to closing (this is not the common practice of real estate agents). Lawyer's meetings are sometimes stressful for clients and Katie adds a calming and familiar touch to the meeting. There have been a number of times when clients have expressed to me praise for the professional and supportive service provided by Katie. Katie has called me numerous times over the years seeking legal information to help her understand her work through a legal issue so that she can better inform her client.
